What does the Family Plan include?
Up to six child profiles, games and levels included in the Family Plan, and detailed progress tracking for each profile.
Do I need to confirm my email?
Yes. Confirmation protects the parent or guardian’s account and is required before continuing to the family area.
How does cancellation work?
The procedure is explained in the Help Center. Once cancellation is processed, game access follows the policy for older accounts without a subscription. Your profile and progress remain saved. See also the Refund Policy.
